Personal Data Processing Consent Form for purpose of contact with Brillance Sp. z o.o.

3. 3. Your personal data will be processed in order to enable contact via e-mail, based on the special system used on the official website of Brillance Sp. z o.o. (www.brillance.pl - CONTACT section).

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent upon art. 6 § 1 (a) REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

9. Providing personal data is voluntary. It is not required by an agreement or statute. However, not providing your personal data will prevent correspondence based on the electronic system used on the official website of Brillance Sp. z o.o.

10. In connection with the processing of data referred to this Form, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the appropriate supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data.
